At the Thursday, April 12th faculty meeting, President Bethea shared that he is reviewing the projects and expenses of the foundation. As a result, the mathematics competition expenses outweigh the PR return on our investment and will no longer be funded.
We want to express our sincere appreciation to the FDTC Educational Foundation as well as others over the years that have financially supported this event. In addition, without the assistance and support of so many FDTC faculty and staff, in virtually every department, the competition would not have been possible. This truly was a college-wide endeavor.
